At the request of Professor Muhammad Wahb, this villa was designed in a modern style.

The villa consists of two floors with large spaces. The ground floor is an open-plan area for receiving visitors and is directly connected to the garden. There is also a guest bedroom on this floor. The second floor is for the owners and includes a master bedroom, a living room, and two children's bedrooms with separate facilities.

The exterior design is modern in terms of shape and the use of materials such as wood and glass.

Large windows were used to maximize views of the garden, which was designed to be a haven for the family. There is an area for receiving visitors at the front and a space for evening gatherings at the rear.

This villa is located in the center of the property in the Dawar an-Nabti area.
