Do You Provide Refunds?
Certainly, we offer refunds if you are not entirely satisfied. Simply get in touch with us, and we will gladly process your refund. However, please note that if there has been significant usage of our services, we retain the right to evaluate and potentially deny refund requests.
How Can I Easily Cancel My Subscription?
Cancelling your subscription is a breeze. Just log in to your account, head to the "Account" page, and click on the "Subscription" button. You can cancel your plan at any time from there.
Is a Free Trial Available?
Indeed, we offer a free trial! You can start using our services right away and monitor your available usage. Currently, our free trial allows up to 5,000 words
Does Unused Usage Roll Over to the Next Month?
Unused words do not carry over to the following month. However, you have the flexibility to upgrade your plan at any time to boost your monthly usage limits.
Do I Have Ownership of AI-Generated Content?
You have full ownership rights over the input you provide to our services. Additionally, we assign you all rights to the content generated by our AI. You can find more details in our comprehensive Terms of Service.
Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience. Currently, we support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay card payments globally. Additionally, we offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, US bank transfers, and Canadian bank transfers. Please note that we do not currently accept PayPal.
How Can I Change My Subscription Plan?
Changing your subscription plan is easy. Simply purchase a new plan from this page, and it will reset your subscription date while automatically canceling your old subscription. Any remaining credits you have will rollover. Please note that plan upgrades are not prorated; you receive the full credits when you purchase the new plan.
