• Synchronization of Employee Data: Efficient and accurate synchronization of employee data from PeoplePlus to MyFashion, streamlining HR processes and information management.

Next Steps & Open Points:

While the core functionality is now live, we have identified two areas requiring further development:

• Rehire Use Case Synchronization Logic: We are currently updating the synchronization logic to fully support the rehire use case. This enhancement will be implemented in a future release. [Optional: Add estimated completion date if available]
• Leave of Absence (LOA) Use Case Synchronization Logic: Similar to the rehire use case, we are refining the synchronization logic for Leave of Absence scenarios.
